Six Month No Hassle Guarantee
If you determine, for whatever reason, that you do not want to continue HOSTING services for the Hosted Applications and Third Party Applications with Cetrom in the first six months after becoming a ‘live’ system, Cetrom will return CLIENT to the environment which had existed prior to activation of HOSTING services without charge. This assumes that the infrastructure in place on the effective date of HOSTING services remains in place. Any requested or required upgrades or fixes will be completed according to standard managed services agreements.
- This guarantee applies only to the first year of service, of your original HOSTED services contract. This clause will not apply for any HOSTED services renewal contracts.
- We will retain the initial setup fee and all monthly user fees paid to us. You will make final payment to us up to the end of the month in which the service termination is directed by the CLIENT. Days of the month will not be prorated.
- If you decide to exercise this guarantee, you must give us thirty (30) days notice. We need this much time to ensure proper planning and coordination. The thirty (30) day notice means that you must advise us in writing of your intent to exercise this option.
- If during the transfer process back to you, you subsequently determine that you have reconsidered and want to continue HOSTING services with us, Cetrom reserves the right to charge a re-establishment fee. This fee would cover any additional work that would need to be done by us.
