If you determine, for whatever reason, that you do not want to continue HOSTING services for the Hosted Applications and Third Party Applications with Cetrom within the first six months of becoming a ‘live’ system, Cetrom will return CLIENT to the environment which had existed prior to activation of HOSTING services without charge.

In a nutshell, if any client of ours is not completely satisfied within the first six months, they are free to cancel the contract with a 30-day written notice (to ensure proper planning and coordination of the return to your previous system). It’s important to note that not one client has exercised this option in our more than a decade of providing Cloud Computing solutions… not a single one. Other Cloud vendors may offer a trial period, but be aware. Some require a 60-day written notice, while others may charge an early termination fee equivalent to nearly a year’s worth of service.
