Vienna, Va. – Jan. 30, 2012 – Cetrom, a leader in providing comprehensive, Cloud computing solutions, announced it is poised for continued growth in 2012 with reinvestments in staff training, expanded offerings, increased infrastructure capacity and new certifications. Closing out 2011, the company experienced its fifth consecutive year of double-digit growth with a 35 percent increase in revenue and the addition of its first international customer. Also in 2011, Cetromwas recognized by Everything Channel as one of the most innovative and nimble business and technology providers in North America as part of the inaugural 2011 CRN Next-Gen 250 list.

Christopher Stark, founder and CEO, Cetrom, said, “As the demand for Cloud computing services continues to grow across all industries, Cetrom is more dedicated than ever to providing technical innovation and expertise to our client base. By continuing to reinvest in our corporate and technology resources, we can guarantee that our customers receive the best possible service and support. We’ve worked hard to lay the ground work and are excited for another successful year in 2012.”

Driven by a major reinvestment in June of 2011, Cetrom continues to dedicate resources to building the company and expanding its technology offerings:

  • Employee Training: In 2011, Cetrom focused on training and education for the Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCITP) Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008. According to an IDC report, Impact of Training on Project Success, 2011, “better-educated [IT] teams perform their jobs with greater success” than teams that haven’t invested in training. Ninety percent of Cetrom employees are now certified.
  • Corporate Certifications: To effectively offer Microsoft products to its customers, Cetrom continues to secure its status as one of only 10 Microsoft Gold Certified Partner companies in Vienna, Va., a distinction the company has held for more than 10 years.
  • Infrastructure Expansion: A large portion of the June reinvestment was devoted to infrastructure expansion and improvements including increased processing power, and extended disaster recovery and back-up services. The upgrade resulted in a 30 percent increase in capacity to support a growing client base and ensure peak performance.
  • Industry-specific Offerings: As Cloud computing gains acceptance, Cetrom will continue to offer industry-specific solutions customized for companies within new industries. In addition to its already successful industry-specific deployments, the company is now offering solutions for a variety of business service organizations such as accounting firms, law offices and medical offices.
