Cetrom Portal Training Series
Welcome! Cetrom's Portal Training Program, exclusively designed for POCs, delivers high-level guides on how to manage your user accounts, tickets, block hours, remote monitoring, and more. Take advantage of the following resources below to help manage your monthly usage and only pay for what you need.
- Log into CetromCP, review, and clean out any old user accounts. With CetromCP, you can add, disable, or delete users as your company requires, so you are only paying for what you need.
- Review company-wide support tickets via CetromTMS. Here you can view tickets per user common issues, and your monthly contracted Block Hours. If you are consistently going over your monthly Block Hours, we recommend you consider making an adjustment to help reduce your monthly bill.
- Monitor user workstations via CetromRMM. Cetrom's Remote Monitoring & Management tool (CetromRMM) gives you the ability to monitor user workstations should you need the ability to do so. If you wish to have access to CetromRMM, please contact Support@cetrom.net and we can complete your account access setup.
