- Cabling - Cetrom On-Site™ does not include cabling; however, we can offer to find a qualified cable vendor and coordinate those efforts with the client's vendor.
- Printer Internal - Cetrom On-Site™ does not provide internal services for on-site printers, such as disassembling and cleaning them. However, Cetrom can coordinate these efforts with the client's vendor.

- Emergency ticket: avg within 4-6 hours
- High Priority ticket: avg within 24 hours
