Cetrom is looking to expand its team and is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative.

The role of the Inside Sales Support Representative is to assist in obtaining and nurturing new accounts within the assigned prospective customer base to support Cetrom’s revenue growth and business development initiatives. Ideal candidates for this position should have 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience. Additionally, adaptability and excellent client skills are essential in this position. We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements. This goal is for this role will evolve into an Inside Sales Representative role within 6-9 months.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist and Collaborate with National Sales Director, Marketing Director, and CEO on sales and prospect marketing strategy to increase customer engagement and expand market growth to meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Understand and demonstrate the Cetrom’s products, services, and value to customers
  • Enhance sales process to increase sales conversion rates
  • Stay current on competitive intelligence of other cloud-hosting providers as well as new competing technologies and report findings to Sales & Marketing
  • Understand customer needs, define, and recommend new, competitive services that will meet customer needs
  • Aid with new customer onboarding initiatives to help ensure success (e.g., migration calls, questions, etc.)
  • Respond to/assist with contract proposals as needed
  • Attend and support company sponsored events and trade shows

Skills/experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3+ years’ experience in sales, sales support or customer services
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Background or interest in the field of technology
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to learn new skills
  • Professional in appearance, demeanor, and delivery
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail and thorough diligence in completing assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mature self-starter, capable of being self-directed and direct others
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required for employment

Skills desired:

  • Experience with Autotask PSA platform
  • Experience with HubSpot Sales or Salesforce platform
  • Experience with Adobe Sign or other e-signature vendors
  • Knowledge about cloud computing and technology industry
  • Ability to track service trends and analyze report data
