Cetrom is looking to expand its team and is seeking an Operations Specialist.

The role of the Operations Specialist is to help drive operational excellence. The ability to think on your feet, problem solve and communicate effectively, are essential qualities in this position. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in an office management position. Ideal applicants must meet all the below requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in daily Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Collections tasks and responsibilities
  • Process monthly client Billing, main point of contact for client billing inquiries
  • Complete monthly SPLA and multi-vendor reporting
  • Set up new client accounts and updating them in ticketing and billing software applications
  • Manage client and Cetrom software/hardware orders with Dell
  • Maintain compliance with HR tasks and responsibilities
  • Assist with multi-state Sales & Use tax
  • Assist in develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Assist with answering and directing roll-over helpdesk calls during normal business hours
  • Help maintain system documentation and logs, when needed
  • Develop strong working relationships with Client Success Manager, Cetrom employees and clients

Skills/experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years’ experience in an office environment
  • Extreme attention to detail and thorough diligence in completing assignments
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn new skills, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Mature self-starter, capable of being self-directed
  • Professional in appearance, demeanor, and delivery
  • Technologically focused and customer oriented
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required for employment

Skills desired:

  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Experience with Autotask PSA platform
  • Experience with Adobe Sign or other e-signature vendors
  • Knowledge about cloud computing and technology industry
